Our motivation is to assist in providing empowerment and confidence to women in our community. Each individual will come out of the training equipped with real-life scenario knowledge and specific self defense skill set training. Developing the MIND to learn threat awareness, as well as training the BODY to properly respond, defend, and remain safe.
