I’ve had a great experience with Flawless Boxing’s virtual training ever since the pandemic started. It gives me a safe option to continue to do boxing workouts and still have some semblance of being connected with my boxing gym that I’ve been attending for over three years now. Plus, it’s so easy for me now to just put on my gym clothes, join the Zoom meeting and go. I’m hardly ever late anymore =) While I don’t have all the equipment that’s at the gym, mainly the heavy bag, my shadow boxing and conditioning have greatly improved since I now attend more than I did in person, and because the trainers give me constructive feedback and motivation in real time to improve my form and my effort. I feel like I’m much more technically sound and in better shape than when I was going to the boxing gym 3-4 times a week before the pandemic started.

The virtual workouts have been a saving grace during the quarantine. I tried other online workouts and they were either too easy, overly produced, or just too cheesy! Brandon’s workouts are authentic and you feel like you are in the gym with him. I love doing them from my home when I am not comfortable going to the gym and it's a nice option when my kid's schedules get in the way of working out since you have the choice to do them live or at your convenience at a later time. I know I will always be challenged and won't be wasting my time! I don’t see my self ever heading back to the gym when I can get the same workout at home.
