THE ULTIMATE BOXING WEIGHT LOSS Challenge
This is a special edition of our Fight Burn 6-week weight loss challenge. We will be battling against another gym for fitness supremacy. We only want people who are motivated, dedicated and serious about transforming their bodies. We will be doing this as a team so make sure youβre a team player.
Boxing is the biggest fitness trend in the world used by Hollywood actors and super models to get lean and super fit. Our Bootcamp sessions will use boxing training and HIIT exercises so you can lose weight fast, burn belly fat and get ripped like a fighter. Give our world class trainers six weeks to get you in the best shape of your life!

Weigh-ins will take place each week on Friday and Saturday.

25 workouts w/ check ins on Facebook
Minimum of 1 Weigh-In per week

$1000 Cash prize to the individual that loses the most weight from both gyms
Winners are determined by total loss of body fat percentage
at the final weigh-ins.

Class schedule:
Challengers have access to our ENTIRE training schedule
Bootcamp: Monday-Thursday 5am | Saturday 7am
Flawless Boxing: Monday-Thursday: 6am | 7am | 8am | 5pm | 6pm
Friday: Same schedule as Monday, but no 6pm
Saturday: 8am & 9am
